About Hillwood
Hillwood Condominiums is a medium-sized condo community located in the scenic waterfront town of Des Moines, WA. Although the condos are not located on the waterfront, they are situated about one mile from the Des Moines Marina and Beachfront Park.
Hillwood consists of 74 two and three bedroom units. The community has a Clubhouse, Pool and Hot Tub and is close to major bus lines and freeways, yet is nestled in a woodland grove giving it a beautiful landscape.
The homeowner’s association was formed in 2006 and is governed by a five member HOA Board that meets monthly. Hillwood’s Annual Meetings occur in February.
