This Community Online Bulletin Board is intended to allow Hillwood homeowners a place to post items for sale, swap parking spaces, rent their extra parking space, list services they offer and/or units for sale or rent (with Board authorization). If you have an item you would like to list, please email hillwoodbulletinboard@gmail.com
*Posting is subject to approval of the Hillwood Homeowner’s Association Board
- Posting on this Bulletin Board means that you are a homeowner in Good Standing (i.e. no late fees, dues paid up, no active complaints, etc.)
- Posting your unit for rent means that you followed the Hillwood Rules and Regulations in regards to the rental policy. To view the rules, please visit the Rules and Regs link. All unit rentals must be pre-approved by the Board.
- This Bulletin Board is not intended to be a posting spot for personal items, rather items that are for the benefit of other homeowners.
