Thanks to all the homeowners who attended the January HOA meeting! The progress that has been made in the past several months is extremely encouraging for the future of Hillwood. Special thanks to the homeowners who have agreed to serve on a committee so that we can keep our community thriving!

The 2012 Budget was ratified in December.
Monthly Meeting
The Board encourages you to attend the monthly HOA meetings in the clubhouse every third Monday of the month. Homeowners are provided forum time from 6:30 to 6:45 to ask questions and address the Board directly.
Please be advised however, that during the regular Board meeting time (beginning at 6:45) homeowners may remain in attendance as observers only.

- 10/13/10 – Please view the 2010 Hillwood Reserve Study
- 10/13/10 – New minutes have been posted
- 10/13/10 – The Board has asked homeowners to vote on the topic of pursuing litigation against Hillwood’s Developer. The vote failed at a special meeting recently, so the Board has distributed preexisting forms to change the bylaws allowing the Board to pursue litigation.
- 10/01/09 - The 2010 Budget Ratification meeting was held on September 21. Homeowners present provided input and asked questions. There were no oppositions. The Board approved the revised 2009 and 2010 budget unanimously. Please view the Revised 2009 and Approved 2010 Budget.
